Our Dean's Office held a meeting with all committee representatives on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. to evaluate the accreditation process. At the meeting, all aspects of our accreditation process were evaluated. Based on this assessment, it was decided to adapt our previously prepared Preliminary Assessment Report (PAR) to the YÖKAK format. Following the review of the letter from the İAA, the commission's responsibilities were reassigned. In line with these assignments, it was decided that our commissions would conduct a preliminary study and meet again on 22/10/2020 to evaluate these studies.
Our Dean's Office held a meeting to evaluate the accreditation process on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 3:00 PM, with the participation of all commission representatives and our University's Quality Assurance Unit Coordinator, Lecturer Derya ÖZÇALIŞKAN. At the meeting, it was decided that all Accreditation Commissions and Teams would receive a daylong in-service training on Accreditation and Quality Studies on October 30, 2020, provided by Lecturer Derya ÖZÇALIŞKAN.
The Unit Quality and Accreditation Meeting was held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 10:00 in the meeting hall of our faculty, with Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet AKBAŞ as the chairman, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adnan ALGÜL, Assist. Prof. Dr. Fehmi SOĞUKOĞLU, Unit Quality Officer Assist. Prof. Dr. Abdimuhamet MAMYTOV, Faculty Secretary Hakkı BÜRKEK and Chief Nezver ÇELİK.
In order to evaluate and update the Unit Quality and Accreditation process and the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report, it was held under the chairmanship of Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet AKBAŞ, accompanied by Vice Deans and the KİDR update team, on Friday, 25.02.2022 at 10:30 at the Dean's Office.
In order to evaluate and update the Unit Quality and Accreditation process and the Unit Self-Assessment Report, an evaluation meeting was held in the Meeting Hall on 29.12.2023, under the chairmanship of our Dean Prof. Dr. Nazım HASIRCI, accompanied by Unit Quality Representatives Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhammet MAHMUTOĞLU, Faculty Secretary Hakkı BÜRKEK, Vice Deans, Department Heads, members of the re-established Quality Board and Commission, and the BÖDR update team.
In order to prepare and update the Unit Quality and Accreditation process and the Unit Self-Assessment Report, an evaluation meeting was held in the Meeting Hall on 03.01.2024, under the chairmanship of the Vice Dean Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhammet MAHMUTOĞLU and accompanied by the BÖDR update team.

In order to discuss our Unit Quality and Accreditation process and the 2023 Unit Self-Assessment Report, an evaluation meeting was held in the Meeting Hall on 27.05.2024, under the chairmanship of our Dean Prof. Dr. Nazım HASIRCI, with the participation of Vice Deans, Faculty Secretary, two representatives of our University Quality Coordination Office, members of our Faculty Unit Quality Commission and the BÖDR update team.
In order to discuss our Unit Quality and Accreditation process and the update of the 2022 Unit Self-Assessment Report, an evaluation meeting was held in the Meeting Hall on 11.12.2024, with the participation of our Dean Prof. Dr. Nazım HASIRCI, Vice Deans, Faculty Secretary, our University Quality Coordinator Lecturer Dr. Derya ÖZÇALIŞKAN and her assistant, all academic and administrative staff involved in our Faculty Quality and Accreditation processes, members of the Quality Commission, and the BÖDR update team.
The Faculty of Theology Unit Quality and Accreditation Commission convened on December 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the Faculty Meeting Hall, chaired by our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Nazım HASIRCI, with the participation of the commission members, to discuss the following agenda items:
1. Assessment of the status, functioning, and future plans of the updated and reconstituted commissions.
2. Review of the work of the working groups within the framework of the 2024 Self-Assessment Report.
3. Discussion of program objectives and outcomes, and review of their compliance with the IAA outcomes.
4. Information on ongoing activities during the Unit Quality and Accreditation process, situation analysis, and measures to be taken.
5. Obtainment and evaluation of the opinions of the student members of our commission regarding the process.
6. Determination of priority goals for the upcoming term.
